    The number of women is: 100 - 59 = 41(women)

The number of  men were right- handed is: 59 - 3 = 56(men)

    The number of women were right-handed is: 89 - 56 = 33(women)

    The number of women were lefties is: 41 - 33 = 8(women)

The ratio of the women were lefties is: 8 : 100 = 8%
