    The sum of 7 numbers is: \(6\times7\) = 42

    The sum of 6 numbers is: \(7\times6\) = 42

    The sum of 3 numbers is \(42\times3\) = 126

So the average of these number is: \(\dfrac{42+42+126}{16}=13.125\)

(The average of group A, B, C can't be the average of the average of group A, B, C)
