    \(\dfrac{1}{10\sqrt{10}}=\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{10^3}}\)

    \(\dfrac{\sqrt{10}}{\sqrt{10^4}}=\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{10^3}}\)

    So A = B

    The answer is c
