Let @a#b@ is the value of \(\left(a+8\right)\times\left(6-b\right)\). For example , @2#6@ = ( 2 + 8 ) x ( 6 - 6 ) = 10 x 0 = 0. Find the value of @8#3@ ?

@8#3@ = (8 + 8) x (6 - 3) = 16 x 3 = 48
