    We have: A+A+A+A+B=22

    So A=4 and B=2.

    We have A+B+B+B+C=16

But A=4 and B=2 has required so C=6.

    We have B+C+D+A+B=18

But A=4,C=6 and B=2 has required so D=18-A-C-B-B=18-4-6-2-2=4.

    We have A+D+C+D+E=19

    But A=4,C=6,D=4 so E=19-A-D-C-D=19-4-4-6-4=1

    We have:A+B+C+D+E=17

                 =4+2+6+4+1=17 (right)

    So F=16-A-E-A-B=16-4-1-4-2=5.

    \(\Rightarrow\)The row=B+F+B+F+E=2+5+2+5+1=15;The column=C+E+E+F+E=6+1+1+5+1=14 and A=4,B=2,C=6,D=4,E=1.
