Mr. Davidson lives 30 miles from his office. Driving to work on Monday, he averaged 50 mph. However, during his return trip from work, there was construction that slowed traffic. Mr. Davidson averaged only 20 mph going home. How many hours did Mr. Davidson spend traveling to and from work on Monday? Express your answer as a decimal to the nearest tenth.
