    \(3^{3x+2y}=3^{3x}\times3^{2y}=\left(3^x\right)^3\times\left(3^y\right)^2=\left(\dfrac{2}{9}\right)^3\times27^2\)

    \(=\dfrac{2^3\times3^6}{3^6}=8\)
