    Let A be a satisfied number,then A - 19 is a 2-digit number.We have :

    \(A-19\le99\Rightarrow A\le118\) but \(A\ge100\Rightarrow100\le A\le118\)

    So,the number of values of A or the answer is : (118 - 100) + 1 = 19

The numbers from 100 to 118 satisfy the question.

    So there are: \(\left(118-100\right):1+1=19\left(numbers\right)\)

    So the answer is: \(19numbers\)
