    A = x2 - 5x - 2xy + 5y + y2 + 4

    A = (x2 - 2xy + y2) - (5x - 5y) + 4

    A = (x - y)2 - 5(x - y) + 4

    A = 12 - 5.1 + 4

    A = 1 - 5 + 4

    A = 0
