    \(\dfrac{17}{21}=\dfrac{17.1010}{21.1010}=\dfrac{17170}{21210}\).We have :

    \(17170.21211=17170.21210+17170\)

    \(17171.21210=17170.21210+21210\)

    \(\Rightarrow17170.21211< 17171.21210\Rightarrow\dfrac{17170}{21210}< \dfrac{17171}{21211}\)

    So,\(\dfrac{17}{21}< \dfrac{17171}{21211}\)
