    \(\left(\dfrac{3x}{7}+1\right):\left(-4\right)=\dfrac{-1}{28}\Rightarrow\dfrac{3}{7}x+1=\dfrac{1}{7}\)

    \(\Rightarrow\dfrac{3}{7}x=-\dfrac{6}{7}\Rightarrow x=-2\)
