My broken calculator divides instead of multiplying and subtracts instead of adding. I type \(\left(12\times3\right)+\left(4\times2\right)\). What answer does the calculator?
A.2
B.6
C.12
D. 28
C. 38

Because the calculator is down,the calculator will be:

(12x3)+(4x2) become (12:3)-(4:2)=4-2=2.The answer is A

Because of the broken calculator,the operations changed from (12 x 3) + (4 x 2) to :

(12 : 3) - (4 : 2) = 4 - 2 = 2

Hence,the answer is A

The answer is :

(12 x 3) + (4 x 2) = 36 + 8 = 44
