    \(\dfrac{1}{3}+\dfrac{4}{7}+\dfrac{-5}{21}=\dfrac{7}{21}+\dfrac{12}{21}-\dfrac{5}{21}=\dfrac{14}{21}=\dfrac{2}{3}\)

    Hence,the answer is A
